Wagner HeavyCoat 970G paint and filler unit - reliable power and versatility

The Wagner HeavyCoat 970G paint and filler unit is a professional device designed for demanding users in the construction and painting industry. It will prove ideal when painting large areas or applying heavy materials such as putty and thick paints. Its versatility and performance, combined with the durability of its components, make it an indispensable tool for everyday work.

Compact power and modern technology for maximum efficiency

Thanks to its 6 kW internal combustion engine, the Wagner HeavyCoat 970G can handle the application of any type of paint and filler on both small and large surfaces, eliminating the need for frequent interruptions. With a maximum pressure of 250 bar and a maximum output of 12 l/min, it guarantees fast and precise coverage of up to 1,400 m²/day with wall paints.

The use of a 15-meter hose increases mobility and allows covering large areas without the need to constantly move the machine. Reliable Teflon seals ensure high wear resistance, and the durable pump guarantees a service life of 50,000 - 70,000 m² applied. Additional comfort is provided by a cart that makes the unit easy to move and stable on the construction site.

With a maximum nozzle size of 0.056", the unit is also ideal for applying heavier materials, making it an extremely versatile tool for professional contractors. This sturdy unit weighs 88 kg, but its ergonomic design and transport cart ensure ease of use even in difficult field conditions.
