The Bomag BMP 8500 ECONOMIZER roller is equipped with a Kubota D1005 internal combustion (diesel) engine with 14.5 kW / 20.9 hp, which guarantees reliable operation even in difficult conditions. Its weight of 1595 kg and drum width of 610 mm allow for precise soil compaction, even in hard-to-reach areas.
With a working speed of 1.2 - 2.8 m/min in both forward and reverse, and a maximum gradeability of 55 / 45%, the unit will perform well in all terrain conditions. With a centrifugal force of 72 / 36 kN, the roller guarantees even and effective compaction of the ground.
Its 24-liter fuel tank and liquid cooling ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation. In addition, the electric start makes daily use easier, and the 42 Hz frequency increases the efficiency of work on the construction site.
